Colliers International has unveiled a dynamic new Real Estate Management leadership team in Victoria as it continues to invest in this evolving business line.
Lisa Trigg has been appointed as State Product Director for Real Estate Management in Victoria, working alongside Paula Gorman, Director, to lead a revitalised team.
“Lisa and Paula will form a dynamic new management team focusing on client service, speed to market, collaboration and growth,” Denis Coupland, Colliers International Managing Director of Real Estate Management, said.
Ms Trigg has 11 years’ experience managing assets and portfolios for institutions, private clients, corporates and state government entities. She was previously an Associate Director in Colliers International’s Real Estate Management team in Sydney and has also held senior management positions with JLL, Mirvac and Brookfield Multiplex.
“Lisa’s major building and portfolio management experience, both on the outsource and the owner’s side, together with her success in our Sydney team growing our private client business, puts her in a great position to lead the Melbourne Real Estate Management team to further success,” Mr Coupland said.
“This investment in the leadership of our Victorian Real Estate Management team reflects great opportunities ahead and a considerable platform of private client relationships developed by Paula and the team over many years.”
In more than 13 years with Colliers International, Ms Gorman has worked for major clients and corporate services both in Melbourne and New York and currently manages a portfolio for institutions and private investors.
“This promotion and Paula’s engagement with the leadership role in conjunction with Lisa is testament to the high regard in which she is held by her colleagues, clients and industry peers,” Sara Pratt, Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Head of Operations, said.

Mr Coupland said Ms Trigg and Ms Gorman would complement each other and a present a fresh face in the Melbourne market.
